Position: Account Director
Location: Quebec City and Surrounding Area
Are you an experienced account director with a strong background in business development and managing commercial relationships in the hygiene and cleaning products sector, such as hand sanitizers, surface disinfectants, and floor maintenance products?
Are you familiar with sales procedures in hospitals, educational institutions, or healthcare settings? If so, this career opportunity is for you
A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking an Account Director with at least five years of sales experience.
Important: A Canadian university degree (Bachelor's) or an equivalent is mandatory and non-negotiable.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic accounts within the healthcare sector. As a key associate, you will be tasked with prospecting new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with a client portfolio, while aiming to meet the growth objectives set by the management.
Territory: Quebec City and surrounding area.

Immediate interviews
Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated group of distributors
- Strengthen business relationships and drive revenue growth
- Gain in-depth knowledge of distributors and their respective markets
- Train distributors on products with regular updates
- Contribute to the development of business plans and incentive programs for distributors
- Manage sales through rigorous analysis of distributor performance, branch performance, sales leads, and order book activities
Profile sought:
- University degree (Bachelor's) (mandatory and non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in managing large end-user accounts
- Bilingual (oral and written) to communicate with clients and managers outside of Quebec
- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Professional and positive image at all times
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing commercial relationships in non-durable goods sales (PPE, tools, cleaning, hygiene, paper, etc.)
- Essential experience in B2B sales through distributors
