  3. Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector.
  4. Have a degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
  5. Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  6. Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
