Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships and ensure a best‑in‑class experience. Track shipments and proactively solve logistics challenges. Price and quote shipments to maximize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Dispatch logistics service providers and coordinate freight movements. Utilize TMS, CRM, and freight quoting software to streamline operations. Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations. Who You Are Thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. Have an energetic, can‑do attitude with an outgoing personality. Exhibit strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment. Possess 2‑4 years of experience in account management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries. Have exceptional communication skills to foster customer relationships and meet their needs. Experience with TMS, CRM, and freight quoting software is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills. Details & Perks Location: Full‑time, permanent position based in a vibrant Burlington office. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Occasional after‑hours customer service and tracking may be required. Compensation: Base salary of $45,000–$50,000 with uncapped commission potential and performance‑based increases.
