What You'll Do

- Play a critical role in helping us close new business

- Work with our Sales team to complete the relatively complex procurement items our customers require before closing a new deal.

- Collaborate with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to understand our product and customers in order to help answer questions from prospective customers

- Create Product knowledge documentation for the Sales and Customer Success teams

- Facilitate the completion of platform security reviews and answer follow up questions from customers through technical understanding of IT

- Assist with integrations to customer systems, such as HR systems

- Gather requirements from customers and share your insights with the Product team to direct the product roadmap

- Review feedback from customer’s legal teams on Master Service Agreements and Data Processing Agreements

- Attend calls with our customers to answer their IT and technical questions

What You'll Bring To The Table

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical information

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment

- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic

- Experience within a B2B technology company

- Experience working with CRMs

- Preferred: Experience working with procurement or IT security teams
