We are currently seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant. In this position, the qualified person will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Record financial transactions accurately using online QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
  • Handle general bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in scheduling, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and financial statements.
  • Verify and process expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry procedures (preferred but not required).
