This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely support, effective coordination with Sales Managers, and proactive business development initiatives to foster retention and new opportunities.Our values: we are customer-centric, innovate with a purpose, are results-oriented, and are team players.OverviewAs Inside Sales Specialist, you will support transactional sales and customer-facing activities, coordinate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams, and contribute to a growing opportunity pipeline while maintaining CRM data integrity.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales objectives on transactional sales (ancillary).Collaborate with the Sales Managers to coordinate efforts and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, foster business growth, and enhance retention and loyalty.Develop, maintain, and implement a sales and business development plan for assigned accounts with the collaboration of Sales Manager, Product Marketing and Application teams.Act as first line of support for all customer requests and inquiries related to sales and administrative matters, received through webforms and phone lines; manage cases from initiation through resolution.Assure follow-up and proper documentation in the ticketing system during operation treatment.Understand customer needs and requirements to request accurate quotes via Salesforce/e-store and coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation.Maintain CRM data integrity with constant updating of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports.Maintain installed base growth, optimizing quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company’s ancillary offerings.Contribute to maintaining and developing the opportunity pipeline in accordance with Eddyfi Sales process.Monitor certain websites (e.g., government entities) to identify RFPs and coordinate responses.Identify and execute campaigns with help from the marketing team.Ensure customer satisfaction through overall account management.Monitor and contact leads in territory in a timely manner and propose actions to meet sales targets.Perform, within 30 days, the after-sales routine call (strategic and transactional sales, follow-up, customer success, upselling).Work in collaboration with finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).For fast-track pre-approved products, coordinate quotes and push orders in ERP as per commercial desk processes.What Makes You An Asset To Our TeamUniversity degree or equivalent experience.Expertise in B2B sales of complex technological products with long sales cycles.Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.French, English & Spanish (English is required).Expertise in non-destructive testing is a major asset.If you have transferable skills, even if you don’t meet all the criteria, feel free to submit your applicationAll positions based in Quebec require proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
