Under the responsibility of the Manager of Corporate Logistics, you will assist the Export Control Specialists. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, such as customs compliance, operations, and commercial teams, to ensure that export activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: Monitoring orders in Asia, particularly in China. Ensure that orders will not be delivered to customers or individuals on Entity List. Investigate our deliveries by cross-checking the data provided. Coordinate obtaining End User Statements signed by customers.
Requirements: Technical degree in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a related field. Basic knowledge of export control rules is an asset. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. The notion of compliance with regulations is important to you. Curious, analytical mind. Good communication skills (English and French, advanced level) and interpersonal skills.
