Customer Success Manager (CSM) – SAP Academy for Customer Success – Toronto (HYBRID) Apply for this full‑time, hybrid position in Toronto where you will guide customers through their business journey, drive satisfaction and renewals, and support the growth of SAP solutions. About the Program The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a 10‑month “learn‑apply” development program that combines classroom learning with field experience. Upon completion, you will transition to a full customer‑facing CSM role within your market. What You’ll Do Complete the 10‑month program, including classroom phases and field phases with your CSM team. Immerse yourself in digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, and solution/industry knowledge. Manage customer retention and drive value realization across your solution portfolio. Receive on‑the‑job training and mentoring by a senior CSM professional. Serve as the strategic point of contact for each customer, maintaining overall customer health. Customer Success Focus Areas Finance & Spend Management (S/4HANA Finance, Finance & Quote to Cash, Procurement) Supply Chain Management (Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics) Human Capital Management – SuccessFactors Customer Experience – CX, Business Transformation, BTP & SAP Business Data Cloud What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in consulting, account management, or customer success. Proven track record of delivering strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success. Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes or industry. Cooperative, productive approach to working relationships. Rapid learning, adaptability, and a resilient mindset. Understanding of AI fundamentals and the ability to identify AI‑driven solutions. Proficiency in English (required). Benefits & Work Policy Hybrid work: three days a week on‑site with customers or partners. No relocation, visa sponsorship, or additional travel is required beyond the program’s 4‑week international experience. The role promotes continual learning, skill growth, and career advancement. Compensation ranges from CAD 77,800 – 178,200, depending on level. Additional Information Throughout the program you will attend four (4) weeks of training spread across two trips, including time in San Ramon, California, planned for Q1 2026.
