The Opportunity The Account Manager is responsible for strengthening client relationships, aligning technology with business objectives, and driving recurring revenue through proactive engagement. Acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy, this role ensures clients experience the full value of their technology investments. The Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of Digital nGenuity’s managed service offerings. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust-based partnerships with decision-makers. Conduct regular business reviews to assess IT health, risks, and priorities. Collaborate with Operations and the Technology Success Team to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Present and maintain technology roadmaps and budgets that align with client business objectives. Present technology upgrades or realignments, as identified by the Technology Success Team. Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from strategy to execution. Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or account management (MSP experience preferred). Strong understanding of business technology (networks, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through. Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness coverage.
