Program Manager - Environmental / Radiological Services Join the team at ECC as a Program Manager overseeing key environmental and radiological projects in Canada. Location: Port Hope, ON, Canada (Hybrid Options Available) Employment Type: Full-Time Description: ECC is a recognized leader in environmental and radiological services. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee environmental remediation services business, manage large-scale remediation projects, lead technical direction, and support business development. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand ECC’s Environmental Remediation Services business across Canada, including recruitment, team development, and strategic partnerships. Manage large-scale environmental and radiological remediation projects, ensuring objectives, schedules, and budgets are met. Provide technical direction, project leadership, and client relationship management throughout all project phases. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead or support business development and proposal preparation efforts to secure new contracts and partnerships. Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and profitability to meet ECC goals. Develop and maintain internal controls and process improvements to optimize project delivery. Supervise and mentor project teams in accordance with ECC policies and applicable legislation. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, or related technical discipline. 10+ years of project management experience overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance. Experience managing radiological and environmental projects for government or industrial clients (e.g., federal/provincial agencies). Experience in mine reclamation/remediation and proven ability to deliver complex environmental remediation programs under federal or provincial frameworks. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and familiarity with cost tracking systems is an asset. Ability and willingness to travel periodically (typically
