Haywood offers these investment opportunities to a select group of qualified investors in both the institutional and retail markets.ResponsibilitiesGreeting clients and handling client callsScheduling meetings and keeping calendar up to dateManaging client accountsHandling all client paperwork and liaising with various departments as neededPersonal Assistant duties, including but not limited to; banking, handling dry cleaning, picking up lunchOther administrative duties as requiredEducation & QualificationsOffice related experience requiredExperience in financial industry an assetDataphile knowledge an assetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and OutlookCSC completion an assetProficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail requiredSkills & Key AttributesExcellent telephone mannerPro-active with a great attitudeComplete tasks with minimal direction/supervisionMust be able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to take Investment courses as requested by the Sales TeamMust be flexible with work schedule, hours may be variedWhy HaywoodHaywood understands that its greatest strength lies in our skilled and dedicated employees.
