To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.Responsibilities include:Prepare and process new account documentationManage daily client inquiries and transactionsExecution of trade ordersInvestment researchOther administrative duties as requiredRequirements:Licensed as a Registered Representative – Retail5 years of direct experienceMust be able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlinesPro-active with a team-first attitudeDataphile knowledge an assetAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteLicensed in the US is an assetWhy HaywoodHaywood understands that its greatest strength lies in our skilled and dedicated employees.
