The Accounts Technical Service Representative (TSR) will work with our Account Operations team to ensure processes and system documentation are followed and updated. They will strive to assist the team in updating clients' insurance requests.This is a hybrid role. This position will be required to attend the office (downtown Toronto) at minimum 3 days per week.Responsibilities:Receive & distribute notices and other third-party communications from our team email boxesManage and distribute website inquiriesManage all mail processes, including registered mail and scanning letters to send to appropriate brokersTriage emails and voicemails that are not assigned to brokersCarefully review all new billing contract data for accuracyReview, upload and release policy documents to clientsSchedule automated messages to clients on behalf of brokersCall customers & insurance partners for non-insurance-related matters as neededProcess cancellations as needed. Ensure Auto-Renewal quote notes & statuses are accurate and updated as neededEnsure files have been completed in accordance with our internal guidelinesRecommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve the overall customer experienceProactively liaise with insurance partners to improve communication and workflows to streamline our processesAssist with clean-up projects to ensure files are accurate and processes have been followedMonitor and act on applicable Alerts within our existing Slack channel groupsReview and maintain Policy reports on a weekly basisOther duties as requiredRequirements:1+ year of experience working with administrative tasks or data entryExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent client service orientation for both external and internal stakeholdersGood interpersonal and communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
