At Zensurance, teamwork is key to our success. The Renewals Technical Service Representative (TSR) will work with our Renewals team to ensure processes and system documentation are followed and updated. They will strive to assist the team in updating clients' insurance requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carefully review all new billing contract data for accuracy.
- Review, upload and release policy documents to clients.
- Schedule automated messages to clients on behalf of brokers.
- Call customers & insurance partners for non-insurance-related matters as needed.
- Assist clients with payment queries.
- Liaison with financial partners to improve communication and workflow.
- Proactively call clients & collect payment when needed.
- Ensure Auto-Renewal quote notes & statuses are accurate and updated as needed.
- Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve the overall customer experience.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience working with administrative tasks or data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with Zoom, Google Workplace, Slack or similar office software.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset.
