Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to lead the Minoru Residence Direct Long Term Care Team. Salary: CAD $59.59/Hr. – CAD $85.65/Hr. Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership to a frontline clinical patient care department supervising at least nurses at Level 4 or 5. Deliver services through multidisciplinary teams in acute and community settings. Lead operations management, planning, implementation and evaluation of services related to utilization, risk management and quality improvement. Address client and family needs to ensure smooth transition from acute care to community services. Lead interdisciplinary team; collaborate with stakeholders to achieve excellence in client‑and‑family‑centred care, education and research across a multi‑site environment. Qualifications Baccalaureate (Master’s preferred) in a relevant clinical area with 7–10 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience, including supervisory experience. Current registration/membership with a recognized professional association. Basic computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, database programs and patient‑care information systems. Knowledge & Abilities Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and evaluate clinical programs. Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, promoting services with sensitivity to diversity and an Indigenous lens. Advocate for equity‑deserving groups and inclusive practices. Understand and manage resources for program/department, providing budget analysis and recommendations. Address human‑resource issues effectively. Support staff professional development.
