**The Opportunity**:
Synergy Rehabilitation is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and friendly, full-time **Assistant Clinic Manager** to join our growing and committed team in **RICHMOND**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Primarily support our Burnaby location with the occasional assistance to our New Westminster location
- Assist with the daily operation of the clinic (customer service, sales, inventory, therapists needs)
- Provide administrative support to the team, practitioners, and patients
- Provide world-class customer service to clients and ensure high customer service standards at a clinic level
- Coordinate patient care plans, educate and guide clients on the services they are eligible for
- Assist staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Plan scheduling of staff and shift coverage
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Act as a liaison between patients, practitioners, and staff
- Plan and manage the clinic's inventory
- Audit the office files for compliance in accordance with the company's protocols and procedures
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with the company and the law
- Maintain a friendly and warm work environment and lead by example as a positive role model

**Qualifications for Assistant Clinic Manager**
- 2+ years prior experience working in a leadership or management role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Educational background in Business Management or a related business field
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients and other health care providers
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a multitasker
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed, and to improve team productivity
- Ability to learn about the business strategically in order to improve sales
- Must be a creative problem-solver and a self-starter
- Adaptable, reliable, and flexible with schedule
- Ability to keep confidentiality
- *Emotional maturity is a must

Compensation: Hourly compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, and transferrable skills.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
