OverviewBilingual Rehabilitation Service Professional (RSP) Coordinator – Join to apply for the Bilingual Rehabilitation Service Professional (RSP) Coordinator role at Lifemark Health Group.Location: RemoteStatus: Permanent full-timeThis role is for the Referral Coordinator (The Rehabilitation Service Professional (RSP) Coordinator). Lifemark Health Group provides comprehensive rehabilitation focused assessment and intervention for Canadian Veterans who are experiencing barriers transitioning to life after service due to service related injuries or illness. Using a biopsychosocial spiritual approach, the assessment and intervention services are performed by an interdisciplinary team of clinicians with expertise in the management of complex conditions such as chronic pain, persistent symptoms following head injury, MSK injuries, often with comorbid mental illness with presenting psychosocial barriers to recovery.Base payBase pay range: CA$48,000.00/yr - CA$48,000.00/yrCore ResponsibilitiesSecures in-person or virtual appointments with most appropriate RSPs that meet service standard timelinesCommunicates effectively to build trust and rapport with the ParticipantsSchedules assessment(s) and intervention(s) in a timely mannerAssists in communication between RSSs and RSPs to achieve successful service outcomesMaintains awareness of PCVRS network of RSP team members, and their associated skills/expertise as well as access timelinesPreferred CriteriaExperience working with employers, community resources, and training institutionsPreference given to qualified former CAF membersThe Ideal Candidate WillMinimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration or other relevant areaTwo or more years of experience in an administrative roleAbility to multi-task and prioritize to achieve program service standardsHigh level of confidentiality and awareness of privacy requirementsStrong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, SharePointEmployment conditional on obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance Reliability StatusBilingualism (French/English) is a mandatory requirementFamiliar with medical and vocational terminologyInclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
