Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $85,625 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere within Canada Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and mental health coverage Supportive and inclusive work environment that values well‑being Incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and implement innovative functional rehabilitation services and goal-oriented rehabilitation programs for individuals receiving disability benefits Collaborate with policyholders, insured individuals, physicians, and healthcare professionals to communicate complex information Create return-to-work plans in partnership with policyholders to promote sustainable employment Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient service delivery to policyholders Oversee supplier management to maintain high-quality rehabilitation services What is Required (Qualifications) Relevant university degree in health, mental health, psychology, HR, or a related field Valid driver's license and access to a car Full bilingual proficiency in French and English for the bilingual position Solid knowledge of rehabilitation, disability insurance, and medical terminology Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel software How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) RSO, CPAB, or other insurance-related training Experience in budget management Extensive experience in disability or functional rehabilitation (5 years) or significant active rehabilitation experience Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities Demonstrated creativity in problem‑solving and a desire to support individuals in returning to work #FinancialServices #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #ComprehensiveBenefits #InclusiveWorkplace We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
