ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialist helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth. The Director, Professional Services is responsible for the recruiting, management and career development of production consulting staff, for ensuring quality services delivery in all consulting engagements, and for revenue growth of new services and license business opportunities. Job Duties Meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing P&L Provide support, both tactical and strategic, in achieving district product sales quota Manages Production resources Promotes production and presales best practices and knowledge sharing Responsible for recruiting and growth of the consulting organization Responsible for staff/account management, prioritization and forecasting Supports and implements corporate initiatives Develop and maintain world‑class consulting processes and personnel Provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction Interact with Production Consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management, Technical Services Job Requirements 5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience 2-4 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experience Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales Ability to excel in a team environment Demonstrated creative problem solving ability Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
