About the roleReporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying and responding to customer needs, and presenting Alvéole's solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B selling, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy inside sales environment. This is a full-time position with a flexible start date to accommodate the ideal candidate.

- Team Collaboration: Works in partnership with teammates and the Sales Team Manager to strategize and drive team success.
- Curiosity: A proactive learner with a keen interest in market trends and industry developments.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Thrives on testing new approaches, iterating on tactics, and taking hands-on steps to optimize sales outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated to take ownership of their pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Organizational Precision: Efficiently manages multiple leads and tasks, maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene for optimal sales tracking.
- Managing a high volume of leads while keeping engagement levels high
- Improving win rates and maintaining an ACV of $10K per year
- Fostering cross-team collaboration that aligns with Alvéole’s growth
- Adapting to the pace and challenges of a dynamic revenue team
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years in a B2B sales role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Consultative Selling: Proficient in consultative sales techniques, with a focus on positioning products as tailored solutions to client needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, as well as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
- Flexible working options (we have a bias for candidates who are able to commit to a hybrid working arrangement from our office in our Montreal HQ)
