Join Our Growing Team We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Eljays44 team. Do you have a passion for sales and a natural talent for persuasion? Are you a confident and engaging communicator with experience in telephone sales? If so, we want you to join our team as a Business Development Manager for our exhibition company We are a fast‑growing and innovative company in the tradeshow and exhibition industry, and we are looking for a driven and results‑oriented individual to join our sales team. As an Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and selling our range of services to exhibitors and sponsors. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate new business Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Keep accurate records of all sales activities Collaborate with other members of the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities Requirements Would ideally have at least 1‑2 plus years in exhibition/trade show sales experience but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated and driven to achieve targets Knowledge of the tradeshow and exhibition industry is an advantage but not essential Competitive salary and commission structure Half‑day Fridays Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team Opportunity to work in our U.S. office Comprehensive training and ongoing support Opportunity to travel to other exhibitions around the world Potential for career growth and advancement within the company Fun and energetic work environment Company Pension scheme Paid Birthday Day off Social events If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding sales role with a fast‑growing and dynamic company, then we want to hear from you.
