Insight Global is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to join Canada’s largest agricultural company for a fully remote contract, starting at 6 months with high likelihood of extensions. In the role of Senior Communication Specialist within the Finance Project Management Office (Finance PMO), you will be pivotal in advancing our strategic initiatives through expert communication. The successful candidate will harness their refined skills in creating executive communications and presentations. This role focuses on developing and implementing communication strategies and content that enhance stakeholder engagement, guide leadership through changes and help the project achieve their objectives.

What you will bring: In this critical role, we seek a highly motivated and skilled communicator with a proven track record of creating and leading strategic communications. You will bring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex messages in clear and engaging ways. Your ability to collaborate across teams and drive communication initiatives that align with business goals will be pivotal. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) in a communications role, ideally within a corporate or consulting setting. • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and graphic design tools. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Experience in change management and organizational communications. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
