About the Role :

Participate in HR meetings to help achieve company goals. Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent, including leading university recruitment drives. Manage all aspects of payroll accurately and on time. Handle payroll tax compliance for all employees. Implement HR systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal standards. Set up payroll controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. About You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll. Bilingual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.

À propos du rôle :

Participez à des réunions de leadership RH pour aider à atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. Aidez au recrutement et à l'embauche des meilleurs talents, y compris en dirigeant les campagnes de recrutement universitaire. Gérez tous les aspects de la paie avec précision et ponctualité. Gérez la conformité fiscale de la paie pour tous les employés. Mettez en œuvre des systèmes RH pour améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité. Assurez-vous que toutes les activités de paie sont conformes aux normes légales. Mettez en place des contrôles de paie pour garantir l'exactitude et la conformité.

À propos de vous :

Diplôme de baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience progressive en RH. Connaissance des meilleures pratiques RH, des lois sur l'emploi et de la paie. Bilingue, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, capable d'interagir efficacement à tous les niveaux.
