OverviewPay Rate: $37Location: Toronto ONJob Type: ContractOur client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire Operations Analyst - 3 for their team with a contract for 6 Months with potential extension or conversion to Permanent. Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in office in Downtown TorontoTypical Day in RolePerform day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes including loan administration and servicing for syndicate deals with bank as a participant bankSupport all aspects of servicing a deal including, but not limited to, rollovers, drawdowns, repayments, static data updatesBe accountable to assigned portfolio and maintain portfolio health by reviewing control reports and clearing reconciliation discrepancies.Support additional reconciliation and investigation activities.Ensures that terms and conditions of authorizations and/or loan documentation are being adhered to including pricing, term and amount.Administers instructions by Agents on participations and customers on direct and agented deals including verification of limit availability, accuracy of calculations and disbursement/application of funds.Recognize and ensure all exceptions to policies and procedures are brought to the attention of management for resolution when required.Build effective relationships with key business partners by collaborating with process managers and subject matter experts to achieve desired objectives.Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills5-7 years experiences as an Operations Analyst or similar position2+ years of experience working in corporate lending operations, particularly with servicing syndication facilitiesDemonstrated experience reading and understanding loan documentationNice-To-Have SkillsCash-reconciliation experience preferredExperience with LoanIQ or equivalent lending, proprietary systems preferredIntermediate excel skills (manipulate large volumes of data, basic formulas) preferredSoft Skills RequiredStrong quantitative and problem-solving skillsAnalytical and detail-orientedMotivated problem solverStrong communications skillsDegrees or CertificationsBachelor\'s degree in Finance or related field.If you are interested in hearing more about this role, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to Laxmi@ifgpr.com and mention the "Operations Analyst - 3" in the subject line.Other roles can be viewed at www.ifg-global.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
