Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer Service Management - 80% Handle incoming calls and manage customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Process orders, including booking, copying, and emailing order confirmations. Build and maintain sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions and alternatives in collaboration with technical representatives. Prepare invoices, assist with collections, and manage warranty claims in coordination with the Technical Advisor. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies rigorously. Go the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the company’s premium image. Marketing and Branding Responsibilities – 20% Contribute to brand visibility through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube) by developing, planning, and posting engaging content regularly. Liaise with external marketing partners and internal stakeholders, including international offices, to align marketing strategies and track results. Participate in brand-building activities by engaging with customers, monitoring leads, and staying within budget guidelines. Coordinate sales and marketing meetings, manage the distribution of sales leads, and handle planning for company events. Manage marketing communications such as news flashes, e-blasts, and newsletters using tools like Clever Reach. Plan, coordinate, and produce marketing materials, brochures, giveaways, and promotional items as needed. Support the organization of events such as home shows, dealer summits, showroom tours, promotional events, company parties, training sessions, and staff gatherings. Assist with French-language translations for marketing and partner communications. Support the administration of marketing and partner platforms to ensure up-to-date and accurate content. Coordinate logistical arrangements for international colleagues, including travel plans, accommodations, and reservations. General & Additional Responsibilities Maintain organized and accessible documentation of all marketing and customer service activities. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative by undertaking additional tasks as assigned. Perform editing and layout adjustments using Adobe Acrobat and similar tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical departments to ensure consistent messaging and service excellence.
