Full Stack Engineer

OverviewVantage is looking for its next Full Stack Engineer to join our Measurement team. Our Measurement team is focused on enhancing the Insights Explorer feature of our platform, enabling the organizations we partner with to easily transform their retail media data into actionable insights.As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to build and maintain performant, scalable systems that power a key area of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver features that are technically robust and deeply user-focused. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion and is motivated by the impact great software can have on the user journey. Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience working across both the back and front end of SaaS (Software as a Service) products.Proficiency with Python and Django.Familiarity with Javascript and its common frameworks such as React.Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and/or AWS.Experience working with large data sets.Experience designing and executing both unit and integration tests, with tools such as Pytest.Experience with Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).Experience monitoring application performance, debugging, and reviewing logs.Track record of successful collaboration with other engineering and product teams.Bonus: BA in Computer Science or similarly relevant degree and/or experience in the AdTech industry. Role ResponsibilitiesContribute to architectural discussions and feature solutioning to ensure scalable and effective product design decisions.Write maintainable, performant Python code to build reliable features that drive product value and user satisfaction.Maintain strong test coverage to uphold high code quality and ensure a stable, trustworthy product experience.Document new and existing features clearly and effectively to support team alignment and aid in future development.Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions that meet business goals.
