Note: This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Etobicoke, ON.

Role Description

  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine if the moving service company can meet their expectations.
  • Provide Information: Educate potential customers about the range of services offered by the moving company, including packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking.
  • Customize Solutions: Tailor moving solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer, including accommodating special items, fragile belongings, and scheduling preferences.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, address any concerns or questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Close Sales: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction history using CRM software or other tools to track progress and measure performance.
  • Attend Meetings and Training: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Experience in the moving industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Competitive salary and commission structure.
