OverviewInfluencer Marketing Specialist at AlgaeCal Inc. This role is part of the supporting content team and aims to propel revenue growth through influencer and affiliate partnerships. The position requires at least 3 years of proven wins turning influencer and affiliate content into ROAS.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end influencer and affiliate programs: outreach and onboarding, content briefs, campaign execution, and long-term relationship building.Tune campaigns to hit ROAS goals; manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of content and campaigns.Develop briefs, approvals, and final deliverables; ensure all content aligns with brand goals and converts.Identify and optimize onboarding bottlenecks and streamline workflows to run programs faster and leaner.Maintain a compliance radar for FTC rules, brand guidelines, and supplement regulations, ensuring creators adhere to requirements.Own budgets and negotiate terms to balance cost-efficiency with quality, maintaining profitability.Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior marketers or cross-functional projects as needed.Detect revenue leakage and implement fixes (e.g., coupon abuse, checkout friction, poorly timed prompts).Improve average order value through upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing checkout experiences.Demonstrate proficiency with adtech and attribution, including UTM tracking and campaign performance measurement; leverage data-driven decision-making.Maintain UI/UX awareness to support conversions.Assemble a robust roster of proven, needle-moving influencers.Qualifications3+ years of influencer/affiliate marketing experience in eCommerce. Health, wellness, or supplements experience is a plus.Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI; fluent in platforms (Shopify Affiliates, Impact, Klear, Grin, etc.), analytics (Google Analytics/GA4, Rockerbox), and data-driven decision-making.Leadership experience, with ability to train or lead cross-functional initiatives.Strong revenue optimization mindset: identify and fix missed opportunities to maximize revenue.Strong knowledge of adtech and attribution, including remarketing strategies and UTM tracking.UI/UX awareness and ability to recognize page layouts that support conversions.What you’ll earnWe believe in rewarding top talent.
