How You’ll Make An Impact Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Review the patient’s health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment. Assist in the orthodontic examination, entering data and listening to the conversation between patient and doctor taking appropriate notes in the patient’s chart. Review the treatment plan with the patient and use the available tools to educate them on the available options. (Videos, power‑point, pictures, etc.). Work with the patient and/or responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted. Generate correspondence (reports) from initial consultation and recall examinations for the referring dentist or other specialists. Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment. Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioners. Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics. Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice. The Teammate We’re Looking For Orthodontic experience, minimum 2 years. Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset. Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset. Comfortable with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
