Work Location: Montréal, Quebec, CanadaHours: 18.75 h per weekLine Of Business: Personal & Commercial BankingPay: 22 $ – 28 $ CAD per hour Job Description As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service, accurate transaction processing, and proactive product recommendations. In This Role, You Will: Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions in accordance with TD’s operating procedures and code of conduct. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when required. Achieve performance goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Actively contribute to a positive, equitable workplace by promoting team effectiveness and personal performance development. Assist colleagues by staying dedicated, communicating status of routine activities, and supporting team members. Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes, and recommend operational improvements to enhance service quality. Job Requirements: High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; undergraduate degree an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Effective communication skills – verbal and written – to connect with diverse customers.
