Job Title Customer Experience Associate - Bleury at TD Securities Location Montréal, Quebec, Canada Hours 18.75 hours per week Line of Business Personal & Commercial Banking Pay 22.50 – 28.33 CAD per hour Job Overview Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate. At the frontline, you will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on services, products, and solutions, and promote banking solutions to end‑customers. In This Role, You Will Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Communicate clearly with customers about banking solutions and processes. Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by participating in team effectiveness and personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up to date on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational planning, and time management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. A go‑getter who exercises initiative and is accurate and detail‑oriented while handling several tasks and changing priorities. A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who connects verbally and in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
