Customer Experience Associate Work Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada Hours: 18.75 hours per week Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: CAD 22.50 – 28.33 per hour Department Overview: At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank, building deep and long‑lasting relationships with our customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures and regulations. Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently. Connect personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes. Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in performance development. Assist team members by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to enhance excellence. Job Requirements: High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a courteous and effective manner.
