Job Description Coordinate construction project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and management. Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and other financial aspects of the project. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts. Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality project delivery within the construction industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Coordinator should have: Strong understanding of the institutional construction industry. Experience working in a local market buildings construction general contractor with direct experience in hospital / healthcare renovation projects Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. What's on Offer Competitive salary in the range of $70000 to $90000 CAD.
