Release Coordinator / Chargé de projet (Agile)

Le Release Coordinator / Chargé de projet (Agile) est responsable de veiller à la planification, l’organisation et au contrôle des demandes en évolution des systèmes et plateformes tout en coordonnant les activités d’exécution avec les équipes des centres d’expertise et les clients. Il s’assure que toutes ces évolutions respectent la qualité exigée et l’échéancier accordé à la réalisation de chacune des activités.

Le Release Coordinator / Chargé de projet (Agile) est aussi responsable de diriger et de motiver les équipes de travail multidisciplinaires (ex. : JDE, .Net, SharePoint, PowerBuilder, Access…) tout en agissant à titre de facilitateur pour la réalisation des demandes d’évolution.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les différentes activités d’une livraison d’évolution;
  • Établir un plan d’exécution et un échéancier pour les demandes d’évolution;
  • Identifier, définir et soumettre toutes demandes de changements aux objectifs ou portée lorsque requis;
  • Faire le suivi et coordonner les activités de déploiements et de post-déploiements;
  • Assurer la transition des livraisons vers le secteur opérationnel et fournir l’information pertinente;
  • Éliminer les obstacles ou bloquants liés à la livraison;
  • Identifier les opportunités d’améliorations et faire des recommandations conséquentes;
  • Organiser et leader les mêlées quotidiennes, les revues et rétrospectives ainsi que la planification des Sprints;
  • Supporter dans la mise en place des communautés d’usagers (planification et priorisation des livraisons trimestrielles);
  • Supporter dans l’activité de gestion des besoins en capacité et les efforts des équipes internes et des clients lorsque requis;
  • Contribuer à la reddition de compte;
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration du rapport de statut du portefeuille des évolutions.

Connaissances et aptitudes

en technologies de l’information, ou domaine connexe;
Minimum de 4-6 ans d’expérience pertinente en technologie de l’information, dont 2 à 4 ans en matière de livraison de services et projets (Web, Intelligence d’affaires, infrastructure, SharePoint, etc.);

  • Connaissance des méthodologies de développement et plus particulièrement les méthodologies Agile;
  • Experience avec SharePoint
  • Experience avec JD Edwards (un atout)
  • Capacité à influencer et aptitudes en leadership;
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement à tous les niveaux;
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication, autant verbalement que par écrit;
  • Faire face à l’ambiguïté et résistance au stress;
  • Engagement, grande motivation personnelle, autonomie et souci du détail;
  • Connaissance de la gestion immobilière, un atout;
  • Certifications Agile, un atout;
