The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Services Sales team in QuebecResponsibilitiesGrow and manage the Service business within the Quebec region, focusing on assigned customers.Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning ABB as a trusted advisor.Lead strategic opportunity development and proposal creation in collaboration with EL Sales, Front-End Sales, and Proposal teams.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer interactions using Salesforce (SFDC).Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic account and regional sales plans.Monitor regional economic trends to identify customer needs and drive market share growth.Represent ABB through sales presentations, trade shows, and promotional activities.Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and leverage digital tools to support safe, effective sales effortsWhat it takes to run what runs the worldElectrical Engineer or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ experience in the industryAbility to utilize all Microsoft tools; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams etcUnderstand medium and low voltage electrical infrastructure which includes switchgear, MCCs, transformers and related equipment.Be able to sell services; Consultative Studies, Engineering, Digital Solutions, Modernization, Maintenance and all other aspects of the Electrification portfolio.Familiar with a CRM, specifically Sales Force. Ensure constant and consistent management of Customer and Opportunity informationDriven Sales experience with the ability to build new relations with customers as well as continuing to grow and foster existing relationsProficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. French is required.
