As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the sales team, becoming a trusted resource for them for your stakeholders and thereby assisting in increasing market share of our products in your assigned territory. The Inside Sales Specialist will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Produce weekly reports and CRM updates
- With the training provided, master Ocular Surface Disease product knowledge and become a resource for and to be able to train medical staff.
- Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
- Collaborate with sales team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Manage small accounts
- Prospect potential accounts
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Follow Salesforce Administrator Certification course, complete Salesforce Admin Certification Exam
- Follow Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification course, complete Platform App Builder Certification Exam

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or equivalent experience
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- 2+ years experience in large scale CRM system, preferably SalesForce
- Superior sales skills including: sales process and cycle management, planning, needs based selling, post call analysis and follow up, relationship building, closing.
- Excellent people and communication skills (verbally and written)
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent data analysis and MS Excel skills incl. Pivot Tables
- Self-motivated and organized
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.

Le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable d’assister l’équipe des ventes en devenant une ressource de confiance pour elle et pour les parties prenantes, contribuant ainsi à accroître la part de marché de nos produits dans son territoire désigné. La personne choisie atteindra les objectifs commerciaux grâce à ses excellentes aptitudes en télévente et en communication. Elle développera également sa production de recettes par téléphone en trouvant des clients potentiels, en effectuant des appels de prospection et en maintenant des relations durables avec les clients actuels et potentiels.

**Fonctions du poste**:

- Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et présenter des mises à jour sur la gestion des relations avec la clientèle.
- Avec la formation fournie, maîtriser la connaissance des produits pour les maladies de la surface oculaire et devenir une ressource capable de former le personnel médical.
- Effectuer de la prospection par téléphone auprès de pistes de clients générées par des sources externes.
- Déterminer qui sont les décideurs parmi les pistes ciblées afin d’amorcer le processus de vente.
- Percer tous les comptes ciblés et faire rayonner les ventes au sein même de clientèle.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes pour déterminer les approches commerciales stratégiques nécessaires.
- Maintenir et enrichir la base de données de clients potentiels de l’entreprise.
- Préparer et présenter des argumentaires de vente, des démonstrations sur les produits et services et d’autres actions commerciales.
- Lorsque nécessaire, soutenir les efforts de marketing, notamment dans le cadre de salons commerciaux, d’expositions et d’autres événements.
- Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients actuels par téléphone ou courriel à des fins de vente croisée et incitative.
- Répondre aux appels non sollicités de clients potentiels et les convertir en ventes.
- Entrer les données sur les nouveaux clients dans la base de données de l’entreprise et apporter les modifications nécessaires aux comptes existants.
