We are committed to excellence and innovation, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and food safety initiativesConduct routine inspections and audits of incoming products, storage conditions, and handling processesMaintain and update quality control documentation, and SOPsEnsure compliance with industry regulations, including CFIA, FDA, and other applicable food safety standardsInvestigate and document customer complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standardsAssist in the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Conduct training sessions for warehouse and production teams on quality and safety protocolsCollaborate with suppliers to ensure ingredient and packaging complianceMonitor and maintain product traceability and recall proceduresSupport internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and corrective actions as neededWhat We Offer:Life-Balance Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMGrowth-Focused Environment: Be part of a company that challenges the status quo, values contribution and excellence, and provides opportunities to learn and excelProve Yourself: We care about competency, talent, and ability—if you’re smart and hard-working, you’ll have the chance to show us what you’ve gotWho We’re Looking For:You’re hard-working and self-motivated, able to keep up in a fast-paced environmentYou have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well doneYou’re open to learning and willing to contribute new ideasMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industryStrong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, CFIA, FDA)Experience with quality management systems and audit preparationExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents)Ready to Apply?Do you have what it takes to succeed in this role and at Qualifirst Foods Ltd.?
