About the RoleThe Territory Sales Manager will leverage their technical knowledge and sales experience to develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver engineered water treatment solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the water treatment sectorIdentify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and municipal clientsCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and present tailored solutionsPrepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support bids and projectsMaintain and grow existing customer accounts through ongoing support and relationship managementProvide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to support business growthQualifications7–12 years of proven technical sales experience in the water treatment industry (equipment, services, or process solutions)Strong understanding of groundwater, wastewater, reuse, or process water treatment technologiesDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contractsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skillsTechnical degree (Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field) is requiredWillingness to travel within assigned territoryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance‑based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesA chance to work with a team committed to sustainable, innovative water solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
