About the Role
In this role, you'll leverage your technical knowledge and sales experience to develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver engineered water treatment solutions. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the water treatment sector
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and municipal clients
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and present tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support bids and projects
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through ongoing support and relationship management
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to support business growth
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of proven technical sales experience in the
water treatment industry
(equipment, services, or process solutions) - Strong understanding of groundwater, wastewater, reuse, or process water treatment technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Technical degree (Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field) preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
