Passionate about working with young parents and committed to supporting them to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes. Motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and families in the community. Skilled in forming strong therapeutic relationships and delivering person‑centred care. Reflective practitioner who promotes the FNP programme delivery. Experienced in holding a caseload and working autonomously – essential to manage and prioritise complex needs. Professional experience working with young people. Working knowledge and experience of Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC), child protection and legislation relating to children and young people.
