Family Nurse AA – Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) Post Title: Family Nurse AA (FNP) – Band 7. Location: FNP bases located throughout Fife; travel throughout Fife. Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours, Full Time (part‑time considered). Post starts by 2nd March 2026. What we are looking for Demonstrate an understanding of the FNP programme. Passionate about working with young parents and committed to supporting them to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes. Motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and families in the community. Skilled in forming strong therapeutic relationships and delivering person‑centred care. Reflective practitioner who promotes the FNP programme delivery. Experienced in holding a caseload and working autonomously – essential to manage and prioritise complex needs. Professional experience working with young people. Working knowledge and experience of Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC), child protection and legislation relating to children and young people.
