As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a Talent Attraction Manager to lead our British Columbia campus recruitment team. In this role, you will manage the development, planning, and execution of the campus recruitment strategy for British Columbia, supporting our Audit, Tax and Advisory functions. You will oversee the campus recruitment team on key programs and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, colleges, and community organisations. This role will appeal to you if: Possess a true sense of ownership, accountability, and are results‑oriented Are known as a trusted advisor, are a true team player, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, multi‑faced, energetic environment Are solutions oriented and creative in recruiting the very best talent available Enjoy having a seat at the table and being seen as a true expert and partner in recruitment What You Will Do Develop and execute a strategy to identify top Co‑op, Intern, and Graduate talent from campus to staff Audit, Tax and Advisory teams throughout British Columbia Represent BC on campus by engaging prospective students to participate in programs and events Oversee and assist in the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of interns, co‑ops and new graduates, and, in some cases, post‑graduate hiring; manage the entire process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Work closely with the leadership team to set hiring targets and monitor entry‑level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are met and report results Partner closely with our business throughout the talent attraction process to provide consistent communication and client service Leverage strong leadership skills by managing our BC campus school teams, and providing coaching and performance management to the team Lead compliance and quality assurance aspects of campus recruitment, ensuring all processes align with KPMG’s Standards of Quality Management Collaborate closely with a cross‑functional Talent Attraction team to deliver on campus strategy Monitor industry talent strategies and developments in broader campus recruitment best practices for adoption at KPMG Travel to attend events, information sessions, or training sessions as required Work beyond normal working hours if business needs arise What You Bring To The Role Post‑graduate education in a relevant field (HR, Business, Marketing, etc.) CPA designation is an asset 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment Proven performance‑management skills, with the ability to mentor, coach and motivate direct reports and the larger campus school teams Strong project‑management skills and excellent attention to detail, demonstrated through event planning and multi‑stakeholder projects Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions and networking Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. Salary determination within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
