They are seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Account Executive to drive growth and expansion within our existing SMB customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, deepening customer engagement, and expanding relationships across accounts to maximize value and revenue. NOTE: This role sits 4 days near Etobicoke, ON, Canada in greater Toronto with Fridays being remote. This is not a remote role, with ideal applicants being accessible to downtown Toronto. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing SMB clients, developing strategies to drive account expansion and revenue growth. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within your assigned accounts, delivering compelling presentations and tailored value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to support customer engagement and identify growth potential. Follow up on marketing and customer success–generated leads to build a healthy expansion pipeline. Use data‑driven insights and solution‑oriented communication to understand customer challenges and position relevant AI‑driven solutions. Requirements 3+ years of quota‑carrying experience in SaaS or B2B software sales, ideally within IT or technology sectors. Experience managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close, engaging both business and technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility quickly. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Excellent multitasking and time management skills; able to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously. (Bonus) Experience in AI or automation‑related.
