**About the Role**

Are you passionate about helping SaaS companies achieve massive growth and impact in the world? The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help B2B SaaS Companies grow to new heights through world-class coaching and training. As an Executive Coach with us, you will have the opportunity to work with 80-100 B2B SaaS Founders and be part of a team that has helped over 2,000 SaaS founders scale their businesses beyond what they thought possible.

As an Executive Coach in our SaaS Academy Program, you will own the client's success and results in the program, and you'll work closely with our program design team to create and deploy better playbooks and resources to support our clients. You will also manage an account manager as a direct report, who will act as an assistant, supporting you as you support our clients.

We're looking for someone with experience coaching an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset in the SaaS space. You should be passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with B2B SaaS Founders to develop customized growth and leadership strategies
- Contribute to and refine our program curriculum, creating better playbooks and resources to support our clients
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients, ensuring their success in the program
- Hold clients accountable to execution and help them navigate roadblocks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
- Collaborate with the account manager to ensure clients receive exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to SaaS growth and leadership
- Continuously evaluate and improve coaching strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible service
- Have experience working with SaaS Companies and founders doing less than $5 million in ARR
- Have experience coaching an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in SaaS
- 7+ years experience as an executive coach
- Proven track record of success as an Executive Coach, with experience working with B2B SaaS Founders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth and leadership best practices
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve, and to share knowledge and insights with the team

**Compensation**:
The Executive Coach position comes with a $135,000 annual base salary and an additional $110,000 in on-target earnings from the variable part of the plan.

The variable comp plan is based on two commissionable events: renewals and upgrades to our boardroom program.

As a full-time Executive Coach, you will manage 100 accounts. On-target earnings are based on renewing 75% of the accounts and upgrading 15% of their accounts to boardroom on an annual basis.
