Your insights will help shape the future of financial systems, team development, and strategic decision‑making. What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day financial operations across multiple locations. Oversee monthly and year-end financial close, internal reporting, and analysis. Provide leadership to the accounting team—coaching, developing, and inspiring high performance. Ensure compliance with ASPE and all regulatory requirements, including GST, PST, and payroll. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals and business performance. Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting accuracy through ERP optimization (D365 experience is a plus). Partner with IT and BI teams to build out actionable dashboards, reporting tools, and streamlined reconciliation processes. What You Bring CPA designation (required). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 5+ years in a senior accounting or controller role, ideally in a multi-location, operational environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to influence, problem‑solve, and drive results. Experience in agriculture, equipment, retail, or manufacturing sectors is a strong asset.
