We are seeking a licensed 310T Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Mitchell, Ontario. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of tractors and trailers to ensure safe and reliable operation.This position is full-time Monday to Friday , with participation in a rotational on-call schedule for weekends and after-hours coverage. Wage: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair tractors, trailers, and related equipment Perform scheduled preventative maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Maintain accurate service records and documentation Respond to on-call repair needs during assigned rotation Qualifications: 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required) Experience working with heavy trucks and trailers Experience with dairy/milk pumping systems considered an asset Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage ($40-$44/hour) Pension and benefits after 3 months Tool and boot allowance Stable, long-term employment with a reputable organization A supportive team environment in a well-equipped shop Recruitment Process: Includes interview and background check.
