Your Role

As the Senior Architect - Mixed Use High-Rise, you will be at the forefront of designing iconic high-rise residential and commercial developments in Toronto. p>What We’re Looking For

  1. Mastery in Architecture: You hold a Master’s degree in Architecture and Design, with an AIBC/Provincial license.
  2. Sustainable Vision: LEED AP and PMP certifications are strong assets, reflecting your commitment to sustainable design.
  3. Client Whisperer: Your client relationship management skills are top-notch, and you excel at guiding mixed-use high-rise developments to success.
  4. Technical Prowess: You have a robust technical background and are proficient in industry-standard programs like REVIT and AUTOCAD.
  5. Innovative Mindset: You approach design with high energy, creative thinking, and a detailed, entrepreneurial mindset.
