InTrust. Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Inc. is a team specializing in the acquisition, disposition and valuation of urban development land, apartment buildings and commercial real estate. You will receive a comprehensive mentoring and training program alongside a proven business plan that will set you up for long term success. Our team provides sales agents full marketing and administrative support so our agents can strictly focus on income generating activities. This is a 100% commission based role and our commission splits are designed to reward successful agents. **Responsibilities for long term success**: - Accomplishing daily high outbound call targets to develop new client relationships and to follow up on existing ones - Weekly in person meetings with clients to further relationships and present comprehensive market data and property evaluations - Negotiating listing and purchase agreements - Active marketing of listings - Build advisory long-term relationships with clients vs transactional mindset **Qualifications** A desire to win - “The starting point of all achievement is desire” Must be a team player and collaborative - “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.” Long term success vision - "Do today what others won't, so you can live tomorrow the way others can't."
