The successful candidate may evolve to an outside sales role.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify and sell new customersIntroduce and sell product innovation to current customersIntroduce and sell product categories to current customers who purchase elsewhereReplace competitive products of non-preferred vendors with preferred vendor productsUpsell current customers to new or replacement products availableEducate and communicate with customers about upcoming promotions, specials and new itemsCommunicate to purchasing department increases or decreases in demand for productsDemonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfactionImplement and manage pricing strategies within all accountsAttend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basisCommunicate and collaborate in a productive manner with all departmentsUtilize all appropriate Selling techniques and methodologiesImplement new services that help improve our customers business: i.e. move customers from phone orders to E-CommerceRequirementsA college or university degree or diplomaEffectively deliver both verbal and written communication unscriptedComplete CRM responsibilities without losing focus on your main objective which is sellingPossess strong selling skillsHelp support and supplement a positive customer experience with strong organizational skillsProven track record with a minimum 2 years of telephone selling experience; preferably in at least one of the following markets: Cleaning and Hygiene, Industrial Sales, Health Care, Food ServiceRequired to work independently, with minimal supervisionOutstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers and outside customersExceptional analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skillsAbility to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel requiredCandidate should have a valid driver license and good recordWho We AreBunzl Canada Inc.
