This position is remote and reports to the Manager of Consulting services for Buildings and Infrastructure in the Americas.Position Senior Business Consultant (Americas AEC Technical Advisory). The role focuses on working with Autodesk’s largest customers to expand Enterprise Customer Success operations in AMER.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to develop digital strategies, define success criteria, assess current processes and project performance, justify business value for initiatives, and prepare to implement solutions that deliver meaningful business resultsDefine approaches to applying BIM and emerging technologies to Building Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects with Autodesk’s largest customersCollaborate with Autodesk account teams to define a strategy (Customer Success Plan) for using Consulting Services and customer engagements to implement those strategies and solutionsCreate and maintain high-value client relationships by solving business challengesCoordinate with the Autodesk Technical Advisory Project Management team to ensure delivery against the Customer Success PlanShape the Autodesk Technical Advisory service offering for MEP deliveryWork with specialists within Autodesk and beyond to support and shape the Autodesk product offeringBe a trusted partner to customers and internal Autodesk teamsHelp Autodesk customers guide transformational change using change management methodologiesLead facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers to identify solution opportunities and guide solution pathsLead or assist in designing high-quality design, engineering, and operational management for customersDefine and track the value of delivered solutions and document the impact of customer investments in Autodesk ConsultingParticipate in developing new and expanded offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolioBuild the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating expertise, including speaking at industry events and publishing articlesLead project delivery efforts and ensure team members perform to qualityAdvise on project estimation and participate in business development activitiesThis is a remote roleReport to the Manager of Consulting Services for Buildings and Infrastructure in the AmericasMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related fieldAt least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Buildings - MEP industry with Autodesk products (preferred – Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud) focusing on development, management, or delivery of digital design, engineering, and management solutions across a business enterpriseAt least 3 years of experience in business improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutionsExcellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communicationAbility to facilitate customer workshops with diverse techniquesInitiative and ability to drive decisions and close on issuesProven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentationsAbility to translate complex topics into language understandable by non-technical audiencesWillingness to travel up to 30% to Autodesk events and customer meetingsPreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of Building MEP design, engineering, construction, and management practices (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)Experience defining and delivering business strategy in these areasAdvanced experience with Autodesk products such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Autodesk NavisworksExperience driving enterprise-wide changeLearn More / À propos d’AutodeskAbout Autodesk: Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software.
