As our company grows quickly, we are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and guide us through our next stage of expansion.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute our global marketing vision. The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will report directly to the Founder and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition. This role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of the beverage industry and a passion for building world-class brands.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  2. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  3. Oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, public relations, advertising, and market research.
  4. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  5. Identify and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  9. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 7-10 years in Marketing & Brand Strategy – preferably in beverages or CPG (consumer packaged goods).
  2. Proven Track Record in Growing Brands – experience scaling emerging brands and managing mature brands in competitive markets.
  3. Expertise in Digital & Traditional Marketing – deep knowledge of DTC (direct-to-consumer), retail marketing, experiential marketing, and trade marketing.
  4. Strong Experience in Social Media & Influencer Marketing – building brand awareness through content strategy, partnerships, and viral campaigns.
  5. Category & Consumer Insights Expertise – ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
  6. Experience Managing National & Global Campaigns – launching and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across various geographies.
  7. Revenue & Performance Marketing Focus – skilled in growth marketing, paid media, and e-commerce optimization to drive sales.
  8. Retail & Distributor Marketing a plus – experience with in-store activations, shopper marketing, and channel-specific strategies.
  9. Strong Leadership & Team Building – leading and scaling marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
